Our Process
1. Scenario call
Tell us about the property, the use of funds, and your timeline. We give you straight answers about whether we can lend, at what amount, and how fast.
2. Same-day term sheet
If we can fund the deal, you'll have a written quote in your inbox the same business day. No application fee, no retainer.
3. File and diligence
Submit a complete loan package — title, insurance, entity docs, and an appraisal order. Our in-house team underwrites without sending your file to committee.
4. Closing
Sign with title and we wire funds. Average close is 10-15 days, with the fastest files funding in 5 days or less.
5. After the close
You work directly with our servicing team. No call centers, no transferred loans — the people who closed your deal stay with you.
